Don Andrade is founder and managing director of Andrade Advisory Group, a boutique advisory firm that provides virtual CFO and related services to early and mid-stage growth companies. Prior to founding AAG, Don was a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he spent 11 years overseas in France, Greater China, and Russia. Don is a frequent speaker on various topics including raising capital, financial reporting, and regulatory developments, and is an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk University where he lectures on the topics of international finance and reporting, and financial leadership. He earned a BS, summa cum laude, in business administration from Bryant University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Buzz Birnbaum, a resident of Newton, Massachusetts. since 1975, is a realtor with Hammond Residential Real Estate in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He served in the U.S. Navy for eleven years, retiring as a commander, and also worked in the apparel industry.

Gerald Campbell, CFA, is a retired senior portfolio manager at Gartmore UK where he specialized in management of both hedge and mutual fund strategy. Prior to this position he worked at Numeric Investors, Putnam Investments, Bank of Boston, and Computervision. A graduate of Boston College, he received two masters degrees from Bentley College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Katherine J. Fick, JD, is an attorney at IBM Software Group. In her previous position as an associate at Foley Hoag LLP, she worked pro bono with the Political Asylum/Immigration Project, the Family Advocacy Program at Boston Medical Center, and the Domestic Violence Project. She also served as a writing coach with Citizen Schools' Eighth Grade Academy and as a coach in the Mock Trial Program at the Federal Courthouse. Katherine is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, JD, 2002, and Calvin College, BA, English and Political Science, 1999.

Susan Goldberg has been president of Northeast Training Group, Inc. (NTGI) since 1995. She has over 30 years experience as a teacher, systems analyst, salesperson, sales manager, and president and CEO. In 2008, NTGI made the Boston Business Journal's list of the twenty largest computer/software training companies in Massachusetts, for the eighth year in a row. Susan is often quoted in publications such as Computer World , eWeek, and Boston Business Journal.

Carol Goss is a development and communications consultant for nonprofit organizations, with an interest in small nonprofits and educational institutions. She has managed programs for nonprofit institutions such as the Women's Technical Institute, and directed development efforts like the Capital Campaign for the Fayerweather Street School, a local independent school. She also serves as president of the board of directors of On The Rise, a safe haven for homeless women in the Boston area.

Claudette Hunt, MBA, is president of Murray's Caribbean Foods, Inc., which provides healthy and delicious foods, elegant table linens, and dining services to create a Caribbean experience at home. She has worked in business development across the Americas supporting the manufacturing, software, telecom, and finance industries.

Roma Razdan Kelley was born in Bombay, India, and grew up in a cross cultural family. She has been an active volunteer in the Belmont Public Schools and a board member of the Foundation for Belmont Education. She has been involved in grant writing for the Belmont schools, political fundraising, and most recently consulted at Primary Source in grants management and public outreach. She received her BA from the University of Rochester.

Rosalie Kerr's professional career started at IBM in the early days of computers. She recently retired from Harvard Business School where she managed the technology infrastructure at HBS Publishing and in the Executive Education program worked with faculty members to use technology to teach and disseminate business concepts. Rosalie has honed her interest in other cultures by traveling whenever possible, and for many years her family has served as host and hostel for foreign students in Boston.

Elizabeth Lewis Goodman, MAT, MLIS, is a retired teacher and school administrator. Deeply devoted to improving instruction, creating dynamic, responsive curriculum, and healthy school cultures, Elizabeth previously served as a history teacher, department chair, housemaster, and director of curriculum and instruction for the Canton Public Schools.

Rosemary Hoey Pisano, EdM, is a retired teacher with over 25 years experience teaching grades 4 through 8 in Mississippi, New York, and Massachusetts. She served as project coordinator for the Massachusetts Initiative for International Studies and is currently a member of the Task Force of Global Education Massachusetts. She has been a mediator in the Harvard Mediation Program at the Harvard Law School for 5 years. Rosemary received an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA from the College of Mount Saint Vincent.

Evelyne Vallet was raised in both Europe and the United States. She received her BS from the Université d'Orsay in Paris and her PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Geneva. After doing laboratory research in Geneva, she moved to Germany where she was a mediator for the French-German school of Freiburg. Since then, she has been an advocate for global education, creating a foreign language program for two school districts in New Jersey, working as an ESL tutor, and creating links between cities in France and the U.S. Evelyne is currently a college adviser specializing in international students.

Anne Watt, EdD, a co-founder of Primary Source, joined the board in 2006 following 17 years of distinguished service to cultivating the organization she and Anna Roelofs established formally in 1989. Prior to her work with Primary Source, Anne worked in race relations, elementary and college teaching, and public school administration. She received her undergraduate degree in anthropology from Radcliffe College, a master's degree from Bank Street College of Education, and a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts.

Matt Zalosh is a portfolio manager at Boston Common Asset Management, a socially responsible investment firm. Matt began his career at State Street Research and Management in Boston more than 15 years ago. From 1997 to 2001, Matt worked at Dodge & Cox in San Francisco. Matt received his BA, cum laude, in economics and international studies from Colby College, and has an MA in international relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where he specialized in emerging markets and worked on development consulting projects in Mexico and Ecuador. Matt has lived in Spain and has traveled extensively in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
