Burlington Public Schools Plans India Study TourThe Burlington Public Schools is planning a summer 2010 study tour of India for K-12 educators. Planned for July 1-18, the tour will include stops in New Dehli, Agra, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Mysore as well as school visits and opportunities for cultural exchange. As the world's largest democracy and home to the second largest population, India is becoming a leader in business, medical technology, computer software, finance, and film and it is imperative that educators gain first-hand knowledge of the country.
