Primary Source

Peter Gilmartin's passion for Asia was ignited by his grandfather who worked at the Institute of Pacific Relations. He brings both preschool and secondary social studies teaching experience to his work at Primary Source. In addition to having lived and studied in Africa and China, Peter has taught in China, and led numerous study tours to Asia for museums, alumni associations, and Primary Source. A graduate of Antioch College, Peter is married to Chris Gilmartin, a Chinese historian at Northeastern University.
