Director Kathleen Ennis to Participate in Harvard Think TankPrimary Source's Executive Director, Kathleen Ennis, has accepted an invitation to participate as an expert in an upcoming think tank event at Harvard University. "Education for What Ends? Preparing Children and Youth for an Interdependent World" will be organized by Harvard's Advanced Leadership Initiative, a program designed to prepare leaders to take on new challenges in the social sector. Ms. Ennis will present her perspectives on global education as part of the three-day workshop, planned for March 25-27, 2010. Her participation will inform the group's consideration of strategies for preparing children and youth to thrive in an increasingly diverse and interdependent world. Other featured speakers will include Fernando Reimers, Harvard Graduate School of Education; Swanee Hunt, Women Waging Peace; Abby Falik, Global Citizen Year; and Stanley Litow, IBM Corporate Service Corps.
