Learn About the World with Primary Source: Online and Face-to-Face Opportunities for Educators
This year, we are very excited to announce a new lower fee for two of our online courses: The Enduring Legacy of Ancient China and Changing China: History and Culture Since 1644. These ten-week courses are now only $375 (educators in partnership districts pay no fee other than the cost of graduate credits, if applicable).
These online courses allow educators to explore resources and gain knowledge in a flexible and dynamic setting. As one participant in last year's Changing China course said, "For someone who did not grow up with technology at all, I am amazed at how many doors online learning can open."
Educators in New England will have opportunities to join us for rigorous and dynamic face-to-face seminars and workshops throughout the year. New courses this year include Latin American Social Movements in the 21st Century, Civil Rights/Black Power: New Perspectives on the Movement that Transformed American Democracy, and Rice in Asia: Cultivation and Cultures. Visit our website for a preview of all of our upcoming programs and check back next month for full descriptions, course dates, and registration information.
