Since 2001, Primary Source has offered an increasingly robust calendar of seminars and workshops for Maine teachers in our major content areas including Africa, East and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the United States, Latin America, and the Interconnected World.
As in all Primary Source programs, participants interact with top-notch scholars from the state's colleges and universities, as well as with seasoned teachers who share their expertise and experience on the course subjects. We believe that Primary Source's programs will help Maine teachers prepare their students for the challenges of a changing world. We design our seminars with a sincere desire to enrich educators' professional and personal lives. Recertification credits (CEUs) are available for all Primary Source Maine programs.
Our programs are offered in a variety of formats and locations around the state by the staff of our Maine Programs Office, located in downtown Bangor.
