Primary Source provides a variety of resources for teachers through our programs and library. This section of our website offers a large and expanding selection of those resources. Browse the links at the left to explore our offerings.

The Clara Hicks Resource Library holds over 7,000 books, films, and curriculum units. Our library catalog is available online along with annotated bibliographies. Online teacher-created curriculum units provide examples of how teachers are enhancing their own curricula with primary sources and knowledge they gain through Primary Source seminars and programs. In addition, our publications combine primary sources with lesson plans for teachers to incorporate into their classes. In collaboration with the Harvard Asia Center, educators from our partner schools and districts have online access to China Source, a multimedia resource with lesson plans, timelines, maps, and other audio and visual resources drawn from Harvard classes on China.
